Simple ways to reduce mosquito bites

Mosquitoes are drawn to body heat, scents, and the carbon dioxide we breathe out, so knowing this can help you reduce your risk of bites. While you can’t completely avoid them, you can make yourself less attractive. Minimize alcohol intake, stay cool, and wear light-colored, long-sleeved clothing. Avoid scented products such as soaps, lotions, and deodorants, which can attract mosquitoes. These steps can help you spend more time outdoors with fewer bites.
