Certain lifestyle changes can help combat early Alzheimer’s

A new study published in the journal Alzheimer's Research & Therapy suggests that comprehensive lifestyle changes, such as a plant-based diet, regular exercise, stress management, and strong social support, can slow the progression of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers found that participants who adopted these habits showed improved cognition and quality of life compared to those who did not, highlighting the powerful impact of lifestyle on brain health.
