According to a recent study published in Nature Communications, exercising too close to bedtime may harm your sleep, according to a new study of nearly 15,000 active men and women. The research found that working out within four hours of going to bed made it more difficult to fall asleep and reduced total sleep time by up to 43 minutes. The findings suggest that to improve sleep quality, it's best to schedule workouts earlier in the day.
