Morning exercise can help improve consistency, energy, mood, and focus throughout the day, even for people who do not consider themselves morning people. The key is to make the transition gradual and practical by preparing workout clothes the night before, starting with shorter sessions, choosing activities that feel enjoyable, and setting a realistic wake-up time. With a few simple adjustments, morning workouts can become less intimidating and more sustainable over time.
