A long-term Harvard study involving nearly 50,000 women found that regular coffee consumption was linked to healthier aging and greater longevity. Researchers observed that women who drank coffee were more likely to reach older age without major chronic illnesses, physical limitations, or cognitive decline. Although the findings do not prove that coffee directly causes these benefits, they suggest that moderate consumption may offer protective effects as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
