Argentine beef recalled over missed federal import inspection

Argentine beef products were recalled in the United States after authorities discovered that the shipment had entered the country without undergoing the required federal import inspection. U.S. food safety rules require imported meat products to be reviewed and cleared before they can be distributed for sale.
