A consistent bedtime can transform your sleep

Going to bed and waking up at roughly the same time each day is one of the simplest ways to improve sleep quality and overall health. A regular sleep schedule helps train the body’s internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep, wake up refreshed, and maintain steady energy throughout the day. To set a bedtime that lasts, choose a realistic sleep and wake time, build a calming nighttime routine, and try to keep the same schedule even on weekends.
