Exercise and diet can play an important supportive role in managing Parkinson’s disease. Regular physical activity may help improve balance, strength, flexibility, mood, and overall mobility, while a nutritious diet can support energy levels, brain health, and general well-being. Although exercise and healthy eating do not cure Parkinson’s, they can help patients stay more active, independent, and resilient throughout the course of the disease.
