Stroke is often associated with older age, but cases among younger adults have been increasing, making awareness of symptoms and risk factors increasingly important. Experts emphasize that sudden facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty, vision changes, severe headache, or loss of balance should never be ignored, regardless of age. Recognizing the warning signs quickly, understanding personal risk factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and obesity, and seeking emergency care immediately can make a major difference in recovery and long-term outcomes.
