A new study published in Frontiers in Nutrition found that increasing tea consumption may help women lower their risk of stroke. Green tea, in particular, may be especially effective due to its high antioxidant content, which supports vascular health and reduces inflammation. Given that women have a significantly higher incidence of stroke compared to men, simple preventive measures like drinking tea could play an important role in reducing risk and promoting long-term brain health.
