Simple exercises to prevent neck pain

Neck pain is a common problem often associated with poor posture, prolonged screen time, muscle tension, and sedentary habits. Strengthening the muscles that support the cervical spine can help improve stability, reduce discomfort, and prevent recurring neck pain. Simple exercises such as chin tucks, gentle neck rotations, isometric neck strengthening, and shoulder blade squeezes can improve muscular endurance, flexibility, and posture. Incorporating these movements into a daily routine, alongside ergonomic adjustments and regular movement breaks, can help maintain neck health and reduce strain.
