Overexercising can be detrimental to your health

Overexercising may be harmful to your physical and mental health according to a research study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. When you push your body too hard it can reverse the benefits of exercise and lead to negative health outcomes. The study authors found that those who overexercised had the same risk of dying as those who had not done any exercise. They recommended light and moderate workouts for optimal health outcomes.
