A recent study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association suggests that people are more likely to develop high blood pressure if their spouse also has the condition. Researchers believe shared lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, stress levels, and daily habits may contribute to this connection. The findings highlight how couples can influence each other’s health and emphasize the importance of adopting healthy habits together to reduce cardiovascular risk.
