A new study published in the journal Current Developments in Nutrition suggests that your daily coffee habit might do more than just boost your energy, it could also support healthier aging, particularly for women. The study of over 40,000 women found that those who had one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily during midlife were more likely to reach older age without major chronic illnesses and with good cognitive health. While more research is needed, these findings add to growing evidence that moderate coffee consumption may offer long-term health benefits.
