Milk phospholipids (MPLs) are receiving growing attention for their important role in infant nutrition, especially in supporting gut health and brain development. Research suggests that adding phospholipids derived from the milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) to infant formula may help strengthen the gut barrier, support healthy brain growth, and improve cognitive performance. These findings highlight the potential value of MPLs in promoting early development.
