Thanks to recent research published in the journal Endocrine Reviews we may be on the verge of eliminating wrinkles and grey hair for good. Researchers have identified specific hormones that influence key aging processes, such as connective tissue breakdown, stem cell survival, and pigment loss. Notably, melatonin, commonly known for regulating sleep, was found to have antioxidant properties that may help protect skin cells from damage. By targeting these hormonal pathways, future anti-aging therapies could preserve youthful skin and natural hair color, offering a science-backed path to slowing visible signs of aging.
