Frequent nightmares may be an early health warning sign

Frequent, intense nightmares could be an early warning sign of autoimmune conditions such as Lupus, according to emerging research. Scientists are exploring connections between severe sleep disturbances and conditions affecting brain health, stress regulation, and neurological function. While occasional nightmares are common, persistent or worsening episodes could signal underlying health issues and may be worth discussing with a healthcare professional.
