Drinking two to three cups of coffee daily may be associated with a lower risk of developing dementia, according to research analyzing data from more than 130,000 individuals. The findings also highlight notable differences between caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, suggesting that caffeine or other active compounds may play a role in brain health. While these results show an association rather than direct causation, they add to growing evidence that moderate coffee consumption could have potential cognitive benefits.
