According to a recent study published in the journal Environmental Health, researchers have found that certain foods, especially those high in fiber, might help the body gradually eliminate small amounts of PFAS, also known as forever chemicals. These substances, found in many everyday products, have been linked to potential health concerns such as colon cancer. While more research is needed, the findings suggest that diet could play a small role in reducing long-term exposure.
