Chewing gum linked to improved focus and stress relief

A recent study suggests that chewing gum could have a positive effect on focus and stress. Using MRI, EEG, and near-infrared spectroscopy, the researchers found that chewing gum influences brain activity in areas related to movement, attention, and stress regulation. The findings indicate that chewing might help improve concentration and provide a mild stress-relieving effect, offering a simple way to potentially support mental focus and well-being.
